New York Bagels Deli & Catering

Ordered a chicken cutlet and broccoli rabe panini the bread was soggy it all fell apart and it tasted horrible. Will never be ordering from here again.

I have been trying my very best to accept that ownership has changed but this new owner has really destroyed what was once one of the best places to eat in Yonkers…I have had my orders mixed up 4xs cold food items missing n if I go in person it’s not the clean fresh looking place it used to b…they r understaffed…if u never had the pleasure of the former ownership u won’t understand but I’m am very disappointed in every way I could b about this once great place…

Excellent! my favorite local deli!

2024: After 15 years I have to now unfortunately change my review. Ever since this new management/owner took over this deli, the service has become subpar. I've been harassed by two different, very unprofessional delivery guys sending me inappropriate texts messages, the cooks take 30 minutes to make a meal, behind the counter looks like it hasn't been swept in days... On a lighter note, the food is still great. Just really disappointed in the service.

One of the best deli’s I’ve been to the food and customer service is great. It never feels like a long wait to have your order taken. The only downside is that they don’t stay open later in the day.

Bagels were just average. Employee had to be told to stop doing whatever it was he was doing to take my order. My biggest complaint is how disgusting it is inside. Things looking like they haven't been wiped down in a very long time. Fan above my head is going to come down eventually from holding all that dust on it. Looks nice on the outside but very deceiving.

This place is the worst business establishment that I have ever been in terrible customer service including the owner. His workers are horrible. You'll stand there and wait for service. If you're crazy, if not, you take your business someplace else. I would never go there again. It's only 1 person in there who. Actually, greet you and take care of business and his name is Izzy.

Food was excellent. Didn’t have to wait long. Bacon egg and cheese with hashbrown came out perfectly. Even better than I can imagine. Definitely coming back.

For the most part the service has gotten better since the new owners took over. But the unprofessional girl with the mustache and tattoos calling people BRO should never be taking orders over the phone with that nasty attitude. All the other guys in there who take your orders are courteous and professional. I was making a phone order on Mother’s Day and she kept asking me “What” ”What” as to infer that I was bothering her. And then when I repeated my order, she interrupted me saying “yeah I got it already” and hung up. Upon entering the store to pick up my order, I perceived said woman and confirmed It would be a waste of my time confronting her just from my observation of how she was talking to other customers at the time. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Friendly service but the bagels are not on par with what a real NY bagel should be. Tasted like it was from Dunkin’.
