On, May 22, 2026, I placed an Online Order 40-45 minutes before closing, at the Popeyes Location:
1759 Central Park Avenue, Yonkers, NY, 10710

I arrived 7 minutes after placing the order, as the order stated it was ready for pickup. As I arrived, an employee with an attitude, told me they were closed and to contact customer support

To my surprise, there's no Popeye's Corporate email or customer support email. Their Automated Customer Support website is very vague and limiting in its options to assist me for my refund. It is very frustrating and upsetting.
I would like a refund as soon as possible.

Tushair is higjly incompetent at his job made a mistake on my order then couldnt understand what he did wrong this popeyes also tasted bad like they dont store the chicken possibly

Tushair had my pregnant wife wait 12 mins for her cake like all he had to do was take it out thr fridge and give it to her he didnt then after making us waste all this time all he could say was sorry smh... im response to then lol longer then expected they didnt even read my comment it was incompetence of the worker the item 2as in the fridge and they couldnt hand her it

They missed 3 items from my online order. No fries, biscuit, and side. Wrong type of meat too.. honestly quite disappointing. I trust that a company like Popeyes would at least give you the right items..

This is possibly one of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to and I’m not even exaggerating. The workers were rude which I wouldn’t really mind if the food was good but it wasn’t. I use to work in Popeyes when I was in high school for a few years so I So I know the in and out of how to make the chicken and prep the chicken. whoever was cooking that day was Lazy. They didn’t properly filter the flower and you can taste it. I took one bite of the chicken and I Threw it out. Everything about the spot was off. I don’t know who the owner of this Establishment is, but they really need to get on top of their workers. Even the smell was off it just smelled like dirty oil and that’s exactly what the chicken taste like Kind of disappointing since I just moved in the area and really love Popeyes but it’s all good. I’ll just go to the one in Getty Square

Chicken tender and wings are excellent 👍 This shop makes the most crunchy and best tasting ones among many other brands. Others might be tasty but this is crunchy and flavorful as well. Perfect bite size finger food plus excellent selection of sauce too 👍. Try the wings with Sweet Heat sauce. Excellent. Staff team was cool and helpful, thanks 🙏
