Ordered three entrees for takeout this weekend, and each came with side of penne. The entrees were fine, but when we opened the penne, there was this faint smoky smell. It can't be from the penne (boil in salt water and drain), so it must be from the sauce. It made the meal less enjoyable. But never had this problem in the past, and hopefully it is not repeated.

Good authentic Italian food and great Sat. Night entertainment. April Dawson is outstanding.

A very pleasant Italian restaurant with good food, friendly service, and a cozy neighborhood vibe. The menu has plenty of classic options, the portions are generous, and the overall experience feels warm and familiar. It is the kind of place that makes dinner feel personal, not just like another meal out.

San Martino is a very good old school style Italian resturant. The appetizers were my favorite! The eggplant rollatini is impressively good. The cheese they use is different from others I have had at other resturants, it was absolutely delicious. The zucchini is delicious as well. It is a lovely restaurant with fresh ingredients!!! One of a kind!

Really great old-school Italian spot. Super friendly staff, big portions, and they bring out hot bread right away which is always a good sign. We even got fried zucchini on the house, which was a nice surprise.
Had a bottle of La Monica Montepulciano d’Abruzzo recommended by friendly waiter, and it went perfectly with the food smooth and easy to drink.
Definitely recommend the $30 three-course meal. There’s a wide variety to choose from and you’ll always find something you like.
They also have live music on Fridays and Saturdays, which makes the place feel fun and very neighborhood-Italian. Will 100% be back.

My friend and I took our kids to San Martino last night. They had live music which was a nice. We sat in the front room. The lasagna and chicken parm were good. The girls also enjoyed their stuffed shells and 3 loaves of bread! Mike was our server and was wonderful. Would for sure go back!

Very slow service, below-average food, dirty cutlery with carrots on it, dirty tablecloths which I pointed out to our waiter but was ignored, and a rusty smell in the carpet.

Nick was a fantastic server. He was very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable of all the foods on the menu. I will be coming back. This restaurant has a very homely feel to it. Now the drinks, 🤌🏽.

This place has been a neighborhood gem for half a century with good reason. The prices are reasonable, and the food is always tasty and fresh with generous portions. I ordered veal parmigiana, and my husband had veal marsala. The meal was preceded by hot Italian bread and butter as well as fried zucchini with red sauce.

This place is old-school Italian from its classical music to it scrumptious entrees. Al, the owner is efficient and never intrusive. Live music is brought in on weekends.
