It’s the same as what people say on here. The service could be better. I went with someone and they couldn’t get their name right so we stood there wondering who they were trying to call. The staff had an attitude and attempted to call out the name a couple times and eventually said “whatever”.
I visit on weekdays, it's peaceful and the crew is always nice about letting a mistake drink go free of charge. Weekends are insanely busy and sometimes orders are goofed but the guys are usually nice about recoverying, extra food item or 1 size up. Can't redeem my rewards bit that's fine since they will honor a birthday. Overall a pretty cool place
