Please shut this damn place down, it’s a mad house. No access to a bathroom and it’s just a place for young kids to act rowdy
6:29 tried to get some coffee and crackers with my 3 year old child that wanted some water. Jayden spoke to he’s manager they cannot accept 100 dollars at that time. Never experienced this before. Very bad experience

One of my drinks came with no cover sticker HALF EMPTY, I know with the upmost certainty someone at the premises tampered with my Uber Eats order and I find it utterly revolting, words can’t describe how taken aback I am by how repulsed I am feeling currently, I’m seriously overcome with revulsion. On top of that I did not receive a straw for my frappe and was not provided with the sriracha sauce clearly stated on my order for my sandwiches, BOTH of the sandwiches came ice cold that you could tell they weren’t even heated up in the first place. I am so filled with dread and disgust that I must fight the feeling of my stomach turning at the very thought of this Starbucks location. This is beneath any standard of decency and I am so appalled to my core that I can’t even pretend to tolerate this. I am… deeply unimpressed.

Incredibly rude staff, especially the barista “Yash.” They messed up the drink at thr order, made it improperly, and then made me go back to the register to pay additional money for their mistake.
I tried to call this place to give feedback because they forgot all of my things that they missed and did stuff wrong.i asked for 2 grande dragon drinks and one venti dragon drink. Instead they gave me all grande dragon drinks. I asked for a chocolate croissant and they gave 2 brownies and also the receipt said chocolate croissant. Then they forgot my whole coffee. Every time I order here something is either wrong or missing. I spent 72 dollars worth of nothing. Overall, my rating is 1/5

I am so disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a drink, and when I finished it, I found a bug in the ice. This is absolutely unacceptable and left me feeling completely grossed out and nauseous. I expected better cleanliness and quality control from this location.
this starbucks is amazing, great workers, amazing and quick service, and even crunchy ice. very clean and i will be coming here 10 times a week. I definitely recommend this starbucks, they’ve never messed up my order and every worker is such a diva. i really recommend a strawberry açaí with light ice, peach juice, and no berrys. i also recommend getting a warmed cookie or a birthday cake cake pop. this place is never crowded, and it’s amazing and air conditioned and the bathroom is so clean and there’s never been anything wrong. i would live here if i could.

This Starbucks was amazing. The worker was hilarious, cracked me up and was kind. The place was clean, and organized. I ordered a venti vanilla bean frappe + strawberry puree, raspberry syrup and it was gone in 5 minutes because it was so good!! Not to mention there was hardly any wait. Definitely recommend

I havent stepped foot into a Starbucks in a really long time and I must say this team might’ve converted me back into a customer. The baristas were all super kind and sweet, recommended drinks that catered to what I was looking for. My standard matcha, matcha + oatmilk, was finally not overly sweet. Thank you!
Kevin, the GM, runs a very organized, clean and friendly store. April, the supervisor, was so sweet and welcoming and easy to talk to.
I could not stop raving about my experience here to my co-workers and friends!

Don't bother going there unless you want to pay over $10 for coffee. No way to park there unless you park for $5 as well, doubling the cost of your purchase.
