I made a purchase in the store and they told me I have to make another purchase in order for me to get a cup of hot water they tried to charge me for hot water stating that I didn’t make a purchase when I made a purchase prior before that but regardless of the fact Water 💦 should always be for free

My drink was wrong. I noticed before I even took a sip. I asked the barista to confirm it was correct. She said it was. Took a sip. Confirmed it was absolutely made wrong. I was the only one in there. Please do better. It’s too expensive to have to waste money like this.

10 minutes for a tall cold brew is crazy. Then acting like you didn’t forget my order. While there’s flies in the display case. Embarassing. 4 people working and I’m at 15 minutes for a plain cold brew… Maria and Omar need to be fired. Too busy talking amongst each other to pour a tall cold brew.

This place you get coffee if you at the mall. Don't bother to come when you only want to visit starbucks coffee because it will be expensive with paid parking. This place is crazy busy, but it is nice to sit there and enjoy coffee. My experience there is ok but I'm not impressed like other locations
