No one greeted when I entered. The person at the register was straight forward when I started small talk about buying a cup, barista had a mask on so I didn’t know my drink was ready until I looked over. I asked for my cup to lined with caramel drizzle and it wasn’t.

Very friendly & helpful staff. I wish there was more of a festive feel for the holidays. It’s missing something but it’s a place to sit and have coffee & a bite to eat plus it’s near lots of places to shop. Great location …Wheelchair accessibility: Long & wide table easy for wheelchair to roll into.
Very rude staff members. Experienced a nasty micro aggression towards me when I asked for a bit more milk on my coffee. Will not be returning. Please train your staff to be mindful of their discomfort that they put on paying customers. Employee complaint on Sun 11/26, 2pm.

Have to wait 10 minutes for a cup of cuppccino without anyone in
the manager Angelina is extremely inappropriate and flirty with customers it's unsettling to witness! if not for the baristas, I'd never go back.

Ordered a hot coffee, I watched them make the shot of espresso then was served a cold drink, like hot shot of espresso, milk straight from the fridge, so it had to be made again. The barista is wearing gloves which is fine, but then she's touching everything including the sopping wet rag, then handling the drinks, lids, etc. Placed my cup up & the hand saver/grip was wet.Experience to remember... yuck

Came here cause I had some stars. I would agree this is not the best of the bunch. Took forever. Came out wrong. The fix took equally as long. Skip this location, maybe they should turn it into a Gregory's.
