Recently have been to the LA fitness to work out. I needed something very refreshing. They made my drink very fast and prices and good for what you are getting. The workers are all young but they know what they are doing. I promised them to write a good review. Very professional and POLITE. Something you don’t get from teens nowadays. Come here!!!
I used to workout at LA Fitness but not anymore. But I still come here for my morning breakfast and dinners. Friendly staff, especially the boys and the manager. I come here for my green smoothie needs... The Nutriblast or I create my own with spinach or kale. When I'm watching my macros, I substitute my meals with those smoothies or their yummy meal replacement shakes (the berrylicous and banana split are my fav!).
