Walked in for a quick bite today, food was delicious but staff and manager were awful. We didn’t get our promised bread basket, had to ask for our ice water twice. Food was served without silverware or napkins. Had to ask for that and a steak knife. To top it off they dared to charge 15.50 for a premixed sangria and charged 4.95 for a single ginger ale bottle (every other cheese cake factory has these on fountain). Manager’s excuse was the price is on the cart well it wasn’t. Then you get the “price is set by the cooperation”. I have never been charged these numbers by other cheesecake factory’s before. Will never set foot in this location again and I suggest you have a look how they do it in places like White Plains.

I like the Cheesecake Factory as much as the next guy but the amount of WASTEFUL PLASTIC that they use in their take out is by far the worst I've ever seen. I get the need to use a little plastic in take out (and I rarely comment on issues like this) but the sheer carelessness for the environment and wastfulness is pretty disturbing. Opt for a better option if are home. There are better choices for take out anyways. For this I have to give you guys one star. You need to and CAN do better #cheesecakefactory.

We visited on a Wednesday. Food took 45 minutes to come, and my partners fries didn't come until they finished their food.

Brunch was great. Lots of options, good dining experience and great customer service. Definitely will be returning to try other menu options that captured my attention.

Surprise, brunch was a hit. Drinks were good, food was good. Forks and spoon had food on it, I'd say check silverware prior to putting it on the table. Our server was amazing though.

The only unpleasant thing was the waitress.

This is the first Cheesecake Factory my family visited. My kids were members of the Creative Crew when Legoland first opened, so we were at Ridge Hill Mall frequently for many years. We brought friends and neighbors to share our routine of Legoland followed by Cheesecake Factory dinners. My kids have outgrown Legoland, but I will always cherish the many delicious memories created in this special place.Parking: There are multiple two level parking lots at the mall.Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly. We started coming here when I had a newborn baby, and the servers were always welcoming and got us seated quickly in a large secluded corner booth with plenty of space for the kids to climb around.Wheelchair accessibility: There is free 20 minute street parking outside the restaurant. You can unload a wheelchair and then park the car.

I frequent this Cheesecake location every now and then for dinner, and I’ve gotta say I absolutely love it here. The staff is super attentive and patient, the food is consistently good & the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable.I’d also like to give a special shout out to Madelyn a new server, who provided us exceptional service!

There was really nothing special about the Cheesecake factory. It was the same as the other Cheesecake factory I've been to. I will say that the music was too loud for a lunch crowd. Service was good.

I was there Wednesday for dinner we didn’t get water or we didn’t get anything or no one came to say hello for 25 min then I had to go to the host and ask if we have someone serving us then she apologized and look for someone to come to us that took another 10 minutes then Tracey came and she took our order didn’t write it then we got one appetizer then we had to ask where is the second appetizer then she must forgotten it cause it came with the entree and we have ordered tea she forgot it and bring our tea as we were asking for bill and I am a restaurant manger in harlem but the level of distrupted seevice was unacceptable. Mind you I’m in the same industry for 12 years and I was trying to be very very understanding… there was two women’s without the uniform and I’m assuming they’re the mangers but never seen them approaching any tables to check if everything is ok or just ask for people experienceShame on you cheeses a factory also I have sent email to corporate office cause unacceptable
