Tire Center is super understaffed. There's only ever 1 or 2 guys working doing everything imaginable. I mostly see this one shorter gentleman all the time working on his own and I really feel for him because he does everything with a smile. If bjs doesn't get their act together they'll lose a great employee/employees. The 1 star is for the managers. Posted hours for gas are 6:30AM.... Mostly on Sunday the gas attendant doesn't like to show up on time. This happens a lot during the week also. There's a line of traffic waiting to get in. People need to get to work. Yes, some of us still have jobs we need to get to.I will not be renewing my membership....Get someone who shows up on time.
