Wellll the lady at the drive-thru window is pleasant to me. everyone has their bad days i get it but to the young lady yesterday 6/3 taking the orders you were VERY rude to her. Shes standing there in heat, cold, rain, snow. And you treated her in-front of me (a customer) like garbage over doubling up a carrying tray. i hope you and the other girl (who came over to chime in) aren't management because thats no way to manage someone. Speak to people the way YOU would want to be spoken to...

2 stars is GENEROUS for THIS establishment. As in the previous, and only other review, a similar type looking woman was the "server" at the window. No greeting, unkempt, and a poor image to be affiliated with food services, no less. Had I read the other review PRIOR to coming here, I would have went elsewhere. She dropped most of my change on the ground, gave no receipt (I guess so she cannot he surveyed!). I had to pull the car up forward and collect the currency from the ground. I told her " you're NOT paying attention!" Was clueless to my comment - no reaction, no apologies. She then had my order in a clear lucite looking tray which I took it from. I can just imagine the inside of the restaurant! Not coming back here. Thought I was merely getting a convenient cup of java PS: my order was, surprisingly, accurate. no napkins/ no extra creamers/sweeteners/no professionalism. PS: McDs is right Nextdoor :-)

This Yorktown location for Dunkin Donuts 3303 Yorktown heights has been one of the worse experiences I've ever had. The woman with no Or horrible looking shifted teeth and high bun is very rude and unprofessional that everyone needs to know. It's shocking how she is presenting this establishment not a good look. Go there you will see for yourself. It's horrifying to have someone prepare your meals looking this way. No one should ever have to experience such disgust from an establishment. She was very abrasive and abusive. She yelled at me just for ordering a shake and rolled her eyes including yelling at high voice volume to intimidate me. This woman should be fired. But dunkin keeps employed this person even after complaining what unbelievable service. Choose another location until this person is gone. Let's stand together and avoid this location. As paying customers we deserve respect and a clean person preparing our food and beverages. DUNKIN DONUTS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO OFFER A FREE COUPON INSTEAD OF FIRING SUCH PERSon. Went for lunch at new york pizza and had a dunking donuts coffee. The pizza is the best u can get on this side of yorktown. Thin crispy crust with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. And the coffee is as good as dunkin can produce.
