Came waited in line 15 minutes. Arrive at the counter and placed my order. Took $100 to pay and as I waited another employee asked the cashier if she needed change and she said no it's $100 we are not taking it.

it was my first time doing mobile order at this starbucks and i went to go grab mine since i saw my drink and one of the workers snapped at me saying “you can’t go back there and touch all the drinks i say your name then you get it” in a very nasty tone and did not apologize at all. she had piercings and had purplish and black hair, whoever owns this starbucks should get rid of this rude worker who has no knowledge of customer service and how to treat people when nobody was being rude to her.

My husband came in on veteran's day. He had a vietnam jacket on and hat. He is a silver star veteran. He went in to order and the girl behind the counter asked him," Are you really a veteran or are you just dressed up". This is rude and unexceptable. So disrespectful. When he came out I really was gonna go back in but I decided not to. No he didn't go in for a free coffee he didn't even know about it. He bought a frappuccino like he always does. He didn't expect anything for free. This young lady needs to be taught respect. Is very shameful. And if this is your policy ..shame on you
