Update I think I have found the problem. They can’t read so how can they fill your order.
Every morning I can’t get my order right. They always give me the wrong item. I keep hoping it gets better but it never does. And this is money as everything has gone up so much.

It has been many years since I ate fast food or visited a Wendy's. I had to charge my car and didn't like the other food options near by. First, I was impressed with the food quality and the staff's exceptional professionalism. I ordered a double cheeseburger that didn't taste like a typical fast-food sandwich. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared, something I would expect from Mooyah or Shake Shack. Another plus is the friendliness of the manager; I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her incredible work.

If I can give this place zero stars I would … do yourself a favor and don’t order from here … I work a lot from home and work late to the weee hours I must of have 20 orders cancelled from Uber eats because they always say they are always closed …. Quick story time I placed my order on a Thursday night they claim they close at midnight I seen my Uber delivery person got there 10 to midnight and refused to do my order and told delivery guy they are closed ?? multiple times I have tracked other delivery persons and they made it there on time and they tell them they are closed every time ... Please do yourself a favor and order from Wendy’s in Cortlandt on route 6 they are open till 3am and the workers there are courteous because when I called to give a complaint to this Wendy’s it was all attitude from everyone. Never receiving 1 cent from me ever again.
I am a frequent customer as well as an Uber driver on the weekends . I arrived at Wendy’s on crompound around 10:25 pm to pick up an Uber order . I was greeted at drive through by a woman . I told her I had an order for Uber , she asked for the name so I gave it , including the order # which is asked for most definitely and this woman’s response was “ we do not take the name , we take first and last initial “ ok no problem so I repeated what she requested of me . There was a suv in front of me and no one behind me so realistically I had to sit at intercom area , there was no where for me to go . All of a sudden I hear “you need to pull up if you want your Uber order “ I said I can’t and she proceeded to repeat herself . I get to the window and now I’m pissed because by the way she had such a nasty attitude when speaking to me in first place . I got to the window and the nice orange haired guy was there , who we love btw and I said who was the woman speaking to me for my order ? He said oh that’s my manager , Ashley ! I’m like you gotta be kidding me and she talking to customers like this and trying to force me to move up when I physically cannot . The orange haired guy is always pleasant , funny and helpful he needs to be manager !! Not this nasty lady !!Smfh

I don’t leave many reviews, however I was out of town on my way home from NJ and stopped in with my family. My expectations of fast food restaurants is very low at this point but this was a breath of fresh air. We walked in, placed our order, everyone working there was very friendly and seemed like they didn’t mind working there, which you never see anymore. Food was good/hot. The place was super clean, as was the bathrooms. My son dropped his cheeseburger on the floor as soon as he sat down, I was just figuring It a loss and when I went to help him clean it up the girl who took our order told us they would make a new one for him. Just all around a great visit. Thanks
