The ladies at auntie Anne’s are EXTREMELY NICE AND SO EXTRAORDINARY !! And no I don’t say this to be dramatic but I’m not from here, I actually came for the week to work at the malls. I came here for lunch and immediately was taken back on how kind they are when they greeted me to their store. They are very patient people who love what they do! From what I can tell… they created a company culture that thrives on uplifting and encouraging each other. This definitely reflected...

Update 6/16/2023:Fast and friendly service. Originally review 3 years ago was one star. Changed for the better here! Hit and fresh pretzels and service was great!2020:Went for a pretzel at the pretzel stand..and there isn't any! After seeing the other reviews I realised this is a common thing here. I love going to the mall and always get a pretzel but I guess I won't here. Not great service here.

I had a 5 star experience with the new manager, Jason. We received cold, stale pretzels at the kiosk. Jason refunded our money and had fresh pretzels made for me and my cousin.If the employees do not want to conduct themselves professionally and listen to the managers they should be fired. Horse playing and texting while working should not be permitted.
