Update 6/16/2023:Fast and friendly service. Originally review 3 years ago was one star. Changed for the better here! Hit and fresh pretzels and service was great!2020:Went for a pretzel at the pretzel stand..and there isn't any! After seeing the other reviews I realised this is a common thing here. I love going to the mall and always get a pretzel but I guess I won't here. Not great service here.

I had a 5 star experience with the new manager, Jason. We received cold, stale pretzels at the kiosk. Jason refunded our money and had fresh pretzels made for me and my cousin.If the employees do not want to conduct themselves professionally and listen to the managers they should be fired. Horse playing and texting while working should not be permitted.

My wife and I have been to this establishment several times and the result is the same --- yes, the same. Just like McDonald’s they have a solid, consistent product regardless of what part-time workers are making the pretzels. They continue to add new flavors and sauces (you have to pay extra for the sauce!!!), and they are all good. Be prepared to get several napkins, though, because they lay the butter on very thick!
