Just got 2 of the OG sandwiches and a thing of brisket, and I've gotta say that the food more than lives up to the name. Best BBQ I've had in recent memory, and the family is happy and full!
Got a Texas brisket sandwhich and brisket tacos.
Seasoning on tacos was fantastic, service was great, flavor profile on point. But our cuts of brisket were extremely fatty which caused my sandwhich and tacos to mush. Brisket is so delicious when you have the meatier bits. Slicing the fat, out of the cooked brisket would help make better quality food. Other than that pretty damn good

Wife had the OG pulled pork sandwich. She though it was really good, a little sweet and a little too much meat for her, but really tasty.
I got the sides from her sandwich of noods and collard greens. The collard greens were really good, a lot of vinegar tang.
The star to me was the noods. Really nicely cooked, and the flavoring was amazing.
Would order again!
