I placed a pick up order and by the time I got there it was ready. The lady who took my order over the phone was a 10/10. She handed me my order and was very happy & beyond nice. Wings was amazing fresh and hot. Incredible

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich from here and won’t ever order it again. Very bland and had little to no seasoning. Disgusting. I’m very disappointed and if I didn’t have to drive 15min back to the store I would’ve gotten a refund.

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered in my life and I’m a restaurant manager this manager needs to be fired immediately! She told me she doesn’t care how she talks to me or anyone else who comes in there and she said no one above will fire her cause they don’t care either. Will never come back again and will be posting the video on social media!
We ordered an order on the site and Doordash picked up. The first driver dropped at the wrong house and refused to redeliver, so Doordash placed another order and the 2nd driver took a photo of the house while driving by in a white car as I was looking out the window. I had doordash customer service reach out to Buffalo wild wings to get a refund and noone answered the phone. I tried calling and no one answered. I am convinced either an employee or someone at this location is somehow involved in a scam and sending out fake dashers. Now I cant even get my money back. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible service i sat at front for almost 30minutes with nobody in store the lady was very rude told me she wasnt taking any orders but proceed to take another mans order who came after me i sat there for another 15 mins the lady with gray shirt was very unprofessional and should not be in customer service period resturant was dirty customer service was horrible and all i wanted was a 10 piece which i was also gone tip for so they missed there blessing with that bw3 please dont hire people that dont understand how to talk to people and treat customers with respect i was very courteous when talking with the young lady and felt disrespected when i left this location i hope in the future bw3 can find people to work at this location who treat customers the way they should be treated i watched her tell customer on phone that they need to look online cause she was busy bw3 is excellent and deserve people who will represent the brand in the right way please check on your store downtown akron i dont think any paying customer should be treated this way.

Ordered online through the app. App said pick up was 11am the next day, i called in at 10pm and asked why. Lady said they dont control the app and when i asked if they where open she said yes but they where not taking orders. Unfortunately for her i was standing on the opposite corner and saw they had shut down an hour early. Super cool, i would love to milk the clock for an extra hour by shutting down as well. Picked up food next day, day shift made it ok. Nothing to write home about. Lady at counter was very unfriendly or personable. Definitely will never, Never, go to the Akron Buffalo wild wings again. Received a Door Dash order from this location and some of my items were missing. I called to speak with someone about maybe getting a partial refund and spoke with the “manager” who claimed she was the one to pack our order and knew for a fact it was packed correctly. I tried explaining that I was missing an item and she kept saying “I can’t help you” and that she “packed the order and tossed those wings so I know it’s right.” Will not be ordering from here again due to the attitude and complete lack of help from the so called manager.

Id leave a 0 star if possible. Employees are lazy and rude. Food is cold and tastes like it's been out for hours. They always mess up the order and forget simple items like fries. This has happened multiple times. Avoid this location like the plague
