Got the burger and pickle chips, and 20 chipotle wings and fries for eat in. Waited 20 minutes, then went the the counter to find it was sitting in the warmer. They didn't even call my name to notify it was ready. First time going there. Don't think I'll go back.

Horrible visit, will not go back. Picked up an order and after the 20 minute drive home find the order was completely wrong, my wife ordered and i picked up. Call the store and the person said they realized they gave the wrong order as soon as I left. A phone call would have been nice before driving all the way home on the worst day of the year for weather. They did offer us a store credit but seeing that we never go to that area we chose a refund. They also told us our food was still there and ready to pick up but by the time I would have drove the 20 minutes there and then another 20 minutes home I'm sure our food would have been cold. Tossed out the order and got wings from Sammies in Tallmadge,, never saw a refund and you can't even call the number listed on the internet. Horrible.

Nice place and cool spot. Staff was nice. Will say tho, getting harder and harder to want wings from B-Dubs. The wings are so small, they're not even enjoyable. All you think about is how much you paid because the size of them are a laughing matter. Sad how bad it has got. Seems to be a big problem nationwide, but nothing is changing. Please get some normal size wings (which wings is in your name), and help make the price worth it. Just upsetting. As of now tho, looks like I will only get if I have gift cards. Got 15 wings from this B-dubs location 4 nights ago and below is a pic of 5 of them...all were that size. Tonight, got pizza and wings from Gioninos (on Main St) and their 6 wings were large and meatier. So it's possible to have larger wings B-Dubs. Will just go to my favorite pizza place, for wings, going forward.

The staff were nice and prompt. It was clean and organized. But for whatever reason the wings and sauces tasted terrible here. It was like the sauces were pure salt and no flavor. Not sure why.Also, street parking here is a nightmare. I had to park two blocks away and even then I barely found a spot.

However, boneless wings Thurs are a deal and a half and the garlic parmesan wings are insanely delicious. ?The cashier was super patient while I ordered and had my food ready in under 10

I gave the atmosphere and overall two stars because the restroom was dirty and the dining area tables were dirty. My granddaughter and I could not eat inside because of the gnats and flies flying around our food while the manager and cashier stood around talking and hanging outside. It was cleaner to eat outside.
