Orders were wrong, came out at varying times, waitress acted irritated when we ask for coffee, had to ask for salt & pepper & ketchup. Never offered refills on coffee or water. Not impressed. Food was decent but nothing too great. They need to change oil in fryer- some fried items had a weird old-oil taste.

Went there a couple of years ago for brunch, and it was great, besides the water. No biggie. Went last week for dinner and had the steaks, which were cooked well but no flavor. Baked potato was dried out and tough. Salad was good, though. Service was hit or miss and wasn't very busy. Nice place and good atmosphere.

We recently held a retirement party for over 100 people here. The food was excellent, atmosphere was very appealing but most importantly we had exceptional service coordinating the event with Jenny! She was on top of every detail throughout the planning process and helped make it a very successful event. The 2 bartenders (Keif and Ryan) that served the party were also wonderful and so personable to all the guests! Everyone had positive comments about their customer service!

Never had a bad experience here. This time I had one of their Amazing Reubens. Great food, great drinks. A friend performed here Sunday....had an excellent time on their large roomy patio which has a large grass area as well. The service was absolutely Great. Jamie was our server and the only one working the patio....she never missed a beat and did an Amazing job! Great service. Thanks Again.

Stopped in on a wednesday first visit. Was greeted by bartender Jenny with a huge smile and pleasant welcome. She was quick with the drinks and very personable and informative of the menu. She was reaponsive of my requests and all others as well. She made it feel like she was my bartender and responded to any and every request asked of her . I was pleasantly surprised of the atmosphere and attentiveness. I had ordered a salad and it exceeded my expectations. I have already told several friends about this experience and they are going to try it if they havent already. I will definitely be back and will bring my friends.

Extremely poor service. Poor attitude from the server. Said they were extremely busy with only 6 tables with people in the whole restaurant. Had to ask multiple times for sauce even when we ordered appetizers. Service was beyond slow.

Hosted an event here for 75 guests. It’s such a great looking place! The spread was amazing~ plenty of food, beautifully displayed~ the staff was attentive and efficient (Amanda, Jill, Jenny) and it was easy to work with the awesome event planner. All of our guests commented on what a great job the venue did and how yummy the food was. Would definitely recommend!!!

Bad service from the manager who refused to accept the remaining balance of a gift card we had, saying that it was old and they had changed their p.o.s. system and had new owners and she didn't recognize us as good customers. It's had to believe a small business would lose a table of customers over $25. She is acting on behalf of the new owner. I might understand this if the business name has changed, but it hasn't. How could a customer possibly know that they aren't honoring their gift cards? We presented this card prior to ordering, and no one said anything. She stated she could tell by looking at it that it was "old'.

Stopped in with my parents on Friday night for a drink and app. Shortly after, it was apparent they were under new ownership. We opted to sit at the bar and were immediately greeted by multiple bartenders. They were very knowledgeable about their beer selection, which is a solid variety. We got the fried pickles and they were excellent, came out in a timely manner, and were big. Finally, we had a chance to speak with Nelson, the new owner. He was nothing but kind and professional. I highly recommend stopping in to give Nelson and his team a chance.

New ownership and boy is it great! My husband, son and I stopped in the other night for a nightcap before we went home. We were greeted immediately at the door. The service was off the charts, attentive! It was the first night of using a new POS system and we were impressed with how calm everyone was in using new technology, they didn’t miss a beat in taking care of us and getting us our orders. Nelsrn, the new owner, came over and welcomed us. We look forward to getting to know him better, he’s really made a big difference! Our bartenders Mike and Amanda came over and spent time talking with us as well, but they did not lose focus of other customers, true professionals. I’m really excited to see what good things are in store for one of our favorites!
