When I went it was kinda dead on account it was like 5pm New Year's day so the ambiance was not there. Food was great though, a little expensive, still good as a place to try every now and then though.

When we 1st came in, the order taker person was on her phone and took a min to address us. Then we were in the middle of ordering, and a person who had a pick up came in, and she stopped taking our order to let him pay. She wasn't very friendly. They didn't have any wings. But the food was awesome!

Scam artists! Cancelled my order as soon as it was supposedly picked up. Wouldn’t answer the phone after. Only got my money back because I drove there and was going to get it one way or another. Do not ever order from here. Incompetent workers. Greasy ass gross food and they try to steal your money. A real joke of an establishment. I would eat food from a dumpster before ever eating here. Go ahead and respond to my review owner. You won’t because you know I am right. I worked Food ad Beverage for years. This place is so dirty and gross. They definitely have rats. Who inspects this place? Hopefully it he health department. Check the cooler temps and under the equipment on the line. Looks like its never been swept. Eat at your own risk. Dont say no one told you. A real dump.

Got a calzone and some wings. The place is kind of small, right in downtown Akron. Very clean and very polite staff. It has table and chairs so you can eat inside. It wasn't too expensive and you got good portions. Another plus is that they are open really late, like till 4:00 a.m. how amazing is that?

Update: I don’t know how to give lower stars than 1 I don’t understand why I can’t ever get what I ordered. I asked for cheddar instead of mozzarella and no hook it up which I paid for got no side sauces for any of them. I ordered a buffer zone AGAIN and it has no hot sauce/buffalo in it. WTF 🤬 how are they still in business if they can’t get a single order right.
Have ordered from here 4 times. The one in Kent I have never had any issue with. For some reason this location which is the closest to me can never get an order right. This time they didn’t include the ranch or utensils I asked/ paid for which would have come in handy when the entire bottom drops out (and you get a saucy pile of sad pineapple and olives seasoned with a few pieces of chicken) when trying to pick it up the bread is so thin it’s a soggy tortilla not a calzone. Amount of topping was just sad. I’d ordered the buffer zone and added 2 extra toppings but could hardly find any chicken it was all sauce with a sprinkling of cheese. They included the hook it up seasoning for once which is nice since it’s never been added when I asked before. My husbands was also fine for once. All in all this was the closest they have gotten to having everything in the order. I really wish this location would get it together because the other locations are great

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! I had gotten food poisoning from here, and I spoke to the manager and he was not helpful. The place is always dirty, I come in every now and then and it looks like they don’t own a broom or mop. This place used to be good, clean, lively like last year but I don’t know what happened over time. But if you care about reviews, listen to this one. Avoid this place.

Absolutely the best place to get food late at night hands down. The energy behind the counter is always fantastic if you take the time to make conversation. For those complaining about the “lack of seasoning” ask for them to HOOK IT UP they add seasoning to it! The only thing I miss about this location is the big flat screen playing top tier movies like Black Panther, FNAF, and more. Which made it a great spot to sit down, and enjoy some great food. Bring that back please

Food was late by half hour. Cheesy bacon tots were soo dry it was stuck to the aluminum foil, they forgot my sauce. I called to make a complaint no one picked up. Disappointed. Also my text notification said my Dasher was a female name but my food was delivered by a man.
