Denny's in Akron

“We ended up here yesterday because we walked out of a restaurant close by because of bad service. We weren't overjoyed about going to a Denny's to be honest but it was the style of food we were in the mood for. We had a few not so good Denny's experiences so we weren't expecting anything too great. We were wrong. We walked in to be greeted by Joe, he was busy dealing with other customers but very welcoming, a guy called Donny came out and showed us to our table, a really nice guy, a gentleman! Joe came to take our order and on the way thanked Donny for looking after us, these guys were so respectful to each other and to us. The meals we ordered were cooked perfectly, the place was spotlessly clean, the atmosphere was fantastic. We spoke to Joe and he told us he loved old fashioned customer service and it showed, something was right in this Denny's and that's largely due to the staff that were on shift yesterday. We'll be back. And can't wait to do it again.“
