I’m fairly new to Diamond Deli. My good friends Autumn and Todd over at Akron Studio Rentals suggested this place for lunch one day and I decided to take them up on it. I came in during a pretty busy time of day for them. In my experience, if the line is long and nobody’s complaining, it’s usually a good sign that you wanna get in that line 😂. So I did! The guys on the staff are super cool, professional and welcoming. I immediately felt like I’ve known them forever....

The staff know you by name !!! They are consistent with their food presentation and service. Everyone is always smiling and welcoming. The line is always out of the door at lunch and for good reason.
