Dunkin’ is known for their delicious hash browns and fresh doughnuts. The service is great, and the staff is cheerful. The coffee is hit or miss but can be awesome when made well. The Coventry Plaza location gets crazy busy on weekends, with long drive-thru lines, but the manager, Linda, does a great job. Despite some mishaps like missing cream in drinks, the staff remains friendly and quick. The restaurant might get busy, but they strive to keep customers satisfied.
