I choose to walk in rather than wait in a 10 car line. No greeting, a wait of 2 minutes at the counter for anyone to make eye contact. I counted 8 employees behind the counter and none would offer a Hello or We'll be there in a minute. This was at 9am . May not go back to this location.

IDK why there's a 3.9 rating but this specific Dunkin' Donuts is one of my absolute favorites it's the absolute best place. Not only is the service above pristine but every time I come into this Duncan I never get my order wrong my order is perfect every single time the only time that I ever and I mean ever gotten something wrong was when I was accidentally given a coffee instead of a hot chocolate which was rectified immediately and they apologized for it and even...
