I recently threw a Cheers to 60 Years Birthday Celebration for my husband and I selected Eclectic Edibles Catering. WOW, just wow! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was super amazing. Our buffet included an Italian pasta bar complete with various pastas and homemade sauce choices along with an array of toppings: chicken, meatballs, steak, various cheeses, bacon, parsley, and more. We used Jennifer for my daughter’s wedding. Amazing!!!! The best food and service. We also had many carry out meals during the covid shutdown and can’t say enough about the food.

Chef Jen catered a funeral meal for our family, and we had nothing but positive comments. Favorites were the cranberry chicken salad, the baked Jarlsberg cheese/crackers, and lemon orzo pasta with spinach. Amy set up everything beautifully and it was ready and waiting for us after the Mass. Highly recommend.
