Honestly one of the best cheesesteaks I had in a while. Definitely recommend Eddies for an excellent cheesesteak!! Excellent staff, friendly. One of the cooks recommended me to their pepper house dip which was amazing definitely would recommend the dip with your meal!! Definitely a good lunch option near downtown Akron

Wow. I used to eat at the stand and restaurant. Prices haven't skyrocketed, not very much meat on them. Ordered xtra shrooms and onions. More of those than meat. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Clean. It was closing time so only one other customer. Still love those buns. Enjoyed the new sauce. Different in a good way.

The food was excellent, very generous with the portions but not messy generous. Seeing the prices had me a little nervous at first. But let me tell you they are well worth the price. With how much food you actually get, and the fact the food is quality and not just cheap garbage, it makes it a very sensible decision.

Then there's the service, overall the gentleman I had the pleasure of talking too was beyond help. During the checkout process there was the smallest little inconvenience, so small it was barely noticeable on the scale of the day, he went above and beyond to rectify it.

I cannot stress this enough, this place is well worth the money, well worth the time. Everything about this place was excellent.
