Bar Phoenix & the Phoenix Room is an amazing and fun place to go with family and friends. The location is great, with a dark and intimate vibe, warm lighting, and music at just the right volume. The staff is friendly, sweet, and attentive; the bartender works hard and takes time to ask about flavors. Service can be a little slow, but craft cocktails take time and are worth the short wait. The drinks are fantastic—the blackberry Collins is recommended, and the old fashioned is smooth, perfectly balanced, and crafted with serious intention. The food is good too, with a very different menu that compliments every taste bud. The owner is amazing, loving, kind, and interacts with customers. Everything feels clean, well-managed, and perfectly executed. A little bit pricey, but comes with the territory. Highly recommended for a great first experience or a relaxed vibe with good conversations.
