Pizza was good, Gionino bread was overcooked. There was some discrepancy on price compared to website which I understand, but if the guy on phone taking order gives you a price, you can't try to charge me more and blame it in the website verse franchise location.
We love to stop at a Gionino's anytime we are in the area. This was a first visit to this one and it did not disappoint, I commend the company on their Quality Control. And as always, we took home a couple of bottles of their House Italian dressing.
Ordered the 'Daily deal' (image attached) over the phone and was given a price of $21.95, which is $2 more than the quoted deal. When we arrived for pick up (which is only drive thru pick up), we were told that due to being individually franchised, their price was actually $25.95. Which is not a deal. They said they would honor it this one time, which they didn't even honor. I still paid $2 more. The food was good, just disappointing to lose a customer over coupons...
