This is a takeout place. I did not see any seating. Ive gotten food here twice. The first time I got steak with rice and noodles. The steak was kinda dry and it was chewy. Flavor was good. Noodles were not good at all. Very flavorless. I ordered in the last hour of them being open and picked up 30 mins before they closed. Poorly put in a bag and it’s like they dumped soy sauce all over the inside of the bag. So messy. And rude. They don’t care about how they give it to you....
I love their Teriyaki noodles, they’re on the sweeter side but pack so much flavor. The portions are generous, the price is very affordable, and they cook it right in front of you so you can see everything that’s going on. Unlike carry-out from a traditional hibachi restaurant where the cost of the entertainment is baked into the meal prices, Hibachi Express cuts out that expense and passes the value on to its customers in larger portion size and lower prices.
