I arrived at a time when no one was in the restaurant, but people started coming in as I left with my take-out order. The counter help was patient as he walked me through the menu (unfamiliar to me), my options, and the deals offered that day.
I ordered catering pick up for 2 dozen people for a very important event. I received a call just double checking my order before they started it, which I really appreciated. I picked it up and received wonderful service! They packed everything you could think of in my order! Napkins, forks, knives, condiments, plates even! They did an excellent job with the packing of it. Well done!
My wife and I stopped for lunch yesterday after a very stressful doctor's appointment. She ordered a #9 with no onions. I was too tired to even look up the board so I said "I'll have the same." We received our sandwiches and sat in the dining room. My wife opened up her sandwich and said, "This one has onions on it". The one I was holding in my hand did not.
