To start with I hate ordering at the kiosk. I did manage to alter my double quarter pounder with no onions and no pickles however as the tag on my sandwich indicated no onions or pickles they were still on the sandwich. The fries were pretty chilly, too. A disappointing and impersonal experience.

Tends to be slow, food is occasionally not excellent quality, but mostly the service is not great. Multiple times, I have been given an incorrect order due to the staff not paying attention and overlooking the order details.
