I heard a lot about the Roman burger. So since I was in Akron. I had to try it. It was good. I couldn’t taste the salami too much. The waffle fries were delicious and the cheese sauce was okay. The staff was okay. The ingredients are fresh.

Mr. Hero is a staple for me here in Ohio. But this locations service is pretty shotty. I had to wait to place an order inside because they thought I was a Doordash driver. What that has to do with service is beyond me, i guess. Finally placed my order for a regular Romanburger combo, and the total was $14.48. Jeez! OK. Was handed a drink cup to fill myslef at the fountain, and there were fruit flies flying around everywhere. Gross! Food was good even though I was kinda hesitant...

I visited a different Mr Hero in a different city and the Philly steak that I got did not have diced up steak. It was thinly sliced and layered. I much more prefer my Philly steak with the onions and mushrooms Blended all together then onions and mushrooms inside of the folded Philly steak. Just kind of disappointed that the steak wasn't diced up.
