We learned this evening that Parasson’s has pulled from their menu the Italian Wedding Soup and Chicken Alfredo. The owner stated his father didn’t have Alfredo on the menu and he isn’t either. As far as the wedding soup, the explanation given was simply, the kitchen runs out of soup at the most inconvenient times. However, our waitress said if enough request to bring the soup back, it will be brought back. BRING BACK THE WEDDING SOUP!!
So happy that Parasson’s is back open for dine in. We went last night on a Thursday with a large group. The service was great and the food was great. Everyone was friendly and it was packed. I have always enjoyed Parasson’s and it did not disappoint!

The staff is always friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The parking lot is spacious, featuring handicap spots, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Currently, only offering takeout, their meat lasagna has impressed many, being described as the best lasagna some have had in years. The garlic bread is still good as remembered, and the baked penne has also received praise. The same casual Italian dining that has been an Akron staple for many, many decades. One of the few places where you can order cheese lasagna, which is a great choice for vegetarians. Everything was better than we remembered. The garlic bread....PERFECTION! Our salads were also delicious with that yummy creamy Italian dressing. They had baked rigatoni with meat sauce and it hit the spot! A large group was very much impressed and surprised by exceptional service, delicious entrees, and the experience. They would highly recommend trying Parasson's again.
