Delicious gyro and a friendly staff
Delicious pitas accompanied by great service!
The food is always good, I can never deny myself a Super Greek gyro. And when a doordash driver ran off with my order (I can hardly blame them) the manager called me directly to let me know a replacement order was on its way and that my order would be refunded in full on top of that. 10/10, if it were any closer to my work I'd be broke.
You walk into a very clean restaurant and are greeted by a friendly staff. The Pita and Gyro sandwiches are enormous and very tasty. Chipotle and Subway had a baby named Pita Pit. We are glad we tried it and you will be as well.
I rarely make a review on a food places but I just had to say something this time. I was very, very disappointed with my food that I got yesterday on March 15th around 7pm. This was my first time coming to this place and I was really excited to try a new mediterranean/clean food spot. I ordered a chicken bowl and gyro wrap for carry out. Let me tell you, when I left and tasted my food, it was very bland, only had a small line of chicken and packet with mostly freezing cold veggies with little meat on both the wrap and bowl.
The quinoa for the chicken bowl was super hard, cold and difficult to chew that I almost chipped a tooth so I stopped eating it. I went back into the store to kindly ask for a refund for my bowl due to the hard quinoa and poor quality taste. However, the two workers told me that they weren’t able to issue a refund which is fair cause they looked like young teenagers who probably didn’t have access to do a refund. But here’s the thing, I feel like it doesn’t matter if it’s young minors in a work place, the store should always have a manager, cashier lead, or supervisor at all times that’s able to take care of customer issues and refunds.
There should not be young workers left managing the store by themselves who’s unable to take of these important issues cause it will only keep new potential customers away from coming back. Anyways, I had kindly asked them to remake my order and replace the bowl with a wrap instead of a quinoa this time. The workers were very nice about remaking it which I appreciated.
But then guess what? When I left from the place with my remade chicken wrap but keep in mind I still had my gyro wrap as well. As I started eating my food, not only was it still poor quality. Both of my wraps had multiple strands of like this honey blonde color hair strands and I almost threw up when I had to pull the hair strand out my mouth. I gagged so hard and almost vomited cause that’s how disgusted I was. I had to immediately throw the food away after my appetite was wasted and my stomach just couldn’t take it anymore.
I’m just extremely disappointed because I was initially so excited to try this new place from the reviews. I was expecting to have a nice delicious and authentic mediterranean meal but it was unfortunately far from that which made me really sad. I’ll just have to hold off from trying new places any time soon and I probably won’t come back here ever again. I lost so many trust issues with new food places and I don’t like having my food being played with and feeling like I wasted my money.
It’s so fresh. I would drive from Medina County to get a pita any day! It’s such a nice option when you don’t want fast food and adding hummus to a sandwich is always a bonus. So helpful it is an option after soccer.
Clean… good food… nice staff… didn’t get my brownie but that’s okay that’s not their fault I ordered online… but they gave me cookies instead ! This one is nice and close to my house and has a ton of healthy options or not so healthy if you BYO lol… but give em a try I would recommend! Food is always good!

On 1/25/2025 shortly after 11am I entered this Pita Pit franchise location to order lunch for my son and myself. We had a short window of time to get food in between soccer games at the arena they share a parking lot with, and a fast casual restaurant seemed like a good option.
After ordering, 3 additional customers came in. The one directly after me appeared to place a to go order, which was prepared promptly and he left with his food. I was beginning to get concerned. The family we went with ordered smoothies, which had been made and were in the blender/pitcher, and only needed to be poured into cups. Nobody was pouring them into cups.
By 11:48 am we had not received food, and when I asked the staff member behind the counter if she had started cooking it yet; she seemed surprised. I told her that I no longer had time for a meal, and to please refund my order. She told me that she wasn't allowed to give refunds, only the manager was and she was not there. She then turned to the grill to start cooking my meal. I then reiterated that I didn't have time any more, and that I just needed a refund. She turned back to the grill and called me a vulgar name - ended with __cker, I assume it started with mother.
I told her that I would be calling their corporate offices, but in the meanwhile, please find a way to authorize my refund. As of 1/27/25 they had not given me a refund. I have also left numerous voicemails for their corporate office to address this issue, and have not yet heard back.
I called into this store on 1/27/25 and asked to speak to the manager, and I told him the story, and he told me that he was also unable to authorize a refund, that only the franchisee can do that and they are on a cruise. So, for whatever amount of time that person is on a boat no dissatisfied customers can get a refund? Yikes.
So, now it seems like the only way to get my money back is to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Very frustrating experience overall. It's not the dollar amount that bothers me, but the principle that I paid for something that I never received and they appear to have no motivation to resolve that.
The kicker, on top of all of this, is that they ask for a tip at the time of the transaction, and I tipped them for my frustration. 0/10 stars, do not recommend. Find anywhere else you can to eat if you're near Goodyear Headquarters.

1st time trying it. I wasn't disappointed at all. The service was amazing. The smoothie and pita I had was very fresh, tasty, and filling. I'll be back, this is a better alternative to McDeath and other fast food chains.

1st i was refused use of restroom after ordering 36$ worth of food. 2nd I Ordered falafel bowl which I've had numerous times. This time was terrible. Falafel was ice cold inside after traveling 5 mins home.Tried to reconcile via phone call to store. Manager made excuses and never offered to redo or fix order even after I told him I would not return. Definitely will not return.

This was my first time trying Pita Pit and I'll definitely be back. I ordered through the mobile app and on my bag they drew a beautiful flower with my name. It's nothing super major, but it just shows how much they care about the customer and their experience. They were very nice to my two year old daughter and the food was so delicious. I was very impressed with everything! Thank you!
