Update! I spoke with the assistant manager, and she was incredibly kind, helping to talk through these issues and wanting to make improvements. They will consider updating the menu and educating the staff for future customers. Maybe try it out :)
I was really looking forward to dining here, but how they handled food allergies was super disappointing. Their menu has a number of GF items - but there is no dedicated fryer so many of the marked items are NOT safe....

Lindsay was our server and she was amazing from the time that we sat down until the time we left. Very attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. The food was incredible, our drinks were spot on and the atmosphere is modern, but very comfortable!
After dinner we went downstairs to the sports bar … we had another Lindsay as the bartender! She was equally amazing! Very down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable about the variety of alcohols...
