Service is extremely dependent on who is working. There are certain groups that really have it together and bust out orders. Other times it's a 15+ minute wait with 3 people in the whole place. Food quality is never lacking no matter who is working. Neither is the smoothie. Orders are always correct too. Perhaps some of these slow shifts have new trainees working, which is understandable. I've never been to this restaurant I w have to say looks great to try but I have not experienced it yet but I'm still thinking about trying it even now I haven't had any experience with it yet
