Front desk is rude. And not allowing kids under 18 to bowl even with their parents after 10 is ridiculous. What happened to family time and being to do something safe with kids.
Rude staff, and this has happened more than once when coming to this location. Staff needs to be clearer with announcing the underage rule on Saturday evenings. The announcement had said children under 18 unaccompanied had to leave, and got loud with me when asking my child how old he was and saying we need to leave. My children were with me, and I’m clearly over 18. Spent over $200 today to be rudely pushed out the door while celebrating my birthday with friends and family....read full review
