100/10 Of course, i did a pick up order usually my Medicine Ball (Honey Citrus Tea) is steaming hot but this time it was wonderful and soothing right at the first sip. This is my go to drink whenever i’m under the weather. You should try it! The staff were nice and super helpful she even got me a drink carrier.

Ordered 3 coffees and they were made to perfection. Vanilla bean Latte, iced vanilla latte, and mocha cookies and cream latte. All delicious and made fast.

You guys have a sign on the window that specifically says no PAN handling. What gives you guys the right to ask me for a tip? Thats consider PAN handling. I came through the drive through. You didn't do anything for that tip. Here's a tip for you. Practice what you preach. It's on your signage no panhandling

From out of town! I came to this location because it's not even a minute walk from my hotel. I got an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel and YOU ALL DELIVERED? Easily one of the best caramel macchiatos i've ever had! Keep slaying y'all
They make fun of customers and laugh about customers order they think it's funny and they never make sure the lid is closed all the way and the coffee spelled every time & When you ask for a dark roast they give you medium roast as a dark roast without telling you
This is a good Starbucks. It does have some odd hours so I only visit when I'm in that part of town.

Drinks are almost made as bad as the service you get. Bad attitudes baristas kept saying they don’t care how the drinks are made. I spent $15 for burnt food and they couldn’t even make a white mocha correctly

Changing my review to 5 stars! They have the mobile ordering now and it has always been smooth transaction for me. The staff is also kind .
I was so excited when the East side got a Starbucks! Easy to go on to on my way into work. I couldn’t wait- finally another option other than Dunkin. Very disappointing they don’t do mobile ordering or accept the Starbucks rewards. So it’s not a “real” Starbucks... why does Starbucks allow these locations to exist? Now East side has 3 Dunkin’s, Tim Hortons, Artisan, McDonalds so plenty of other options so forget this. I was looking forward to being a loyal customer with my rewards but oh well.
