Darrius at Starbucks completely customizes the experience, I came in looking for a new drink to try and darrius made me his favorite drink after I asked. This Starbucks team is always on point. And always has great customer service. Darrius made my day! He needs a raise Starbucks !!!

Starbucks on Arlington road is a great location and closest to my home. The drinks are normally made correctly but occasionally one is made wrong. The downside to this location is that it is always extremely slow and sometimes the people are rude. I have never got through the drive through in less than 20 minutes even with only three cars ahead and normally when ordering inside it's about a 20 min wait as well. Last time I ordered a drink I was handed my drinks but they didn't ask if I need a straw they just closed the window, so I sat there and instead of opening and asking me anything, she opened the window and stated at me and kind of moved her head forward and shohdkers back as if to say "uhhh and???? Why are you still here?" but did not say a word so I had to ask for straws and it just felt extremely rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I'm guessing management here needs some training. It very much seems that ordering is really bad as they are the only Starbucks that are Constantly out of common stuff, (2% milk, Chai tea, and sometimes they say they are out of sweet cream cold foam even though I know it's made there when ordered so they don't have to make anymore). The employees are always so so slow but I think this goes back to leaderships poor training and poor scheduling and poor ordering and lack of support for their employees. Starbucks corporate definitely needs to help that location (Arlington road) out.

Service is starting to suck they never have the same people, always new faces, which means nobody knows what they're doing, and prices are ridiculous. You never get what you order. It It used to be a good place when there were the same regular people working!

Almost 20min to get two drink with an empty parking lot, hardly anyone in the drive thru line, employees who hardly acknowledge your presence in the dining room. Good god this location sucks.
