I usually order through the drive thru and I get there really early because I have to get work. They are absolutely fantastic and this is my favorite Starbucks. ❤️ My iced chai always turn out amazing and I wanted to thank the staff and the manager. I went through the drive-through and the girl that took my order also helped me understand how to use the stars for my order and was an absolute sweetheart! Her name was Rachel and she said she was new, but you couldn’t even tell she did such a fantastic job! And my order was perfect.

Drinks and food are consistent and spot on, which seems to be a rare quality for Starbucks these days. The store is relatively large, with excellent areas to sit, meet with friends, pull open a laptop, etc. Their customer service could certainly use some improvement. I've been here over a dozen times to sit and work on projects. The majority of their employees come across extremely grumpy and are very unpleasant to interact with, which is the only reason for 4 stars vs. 5.
