Order was not complete. When I called back they were not apologetic and was very rude. Girl at the window was more worried about drinking her milk shake instead of making our order correct.

Great food, unhealthy of course, but that's to be expected. Portions are good, good value, great taste. Staff was friendly and efficient. Only feedback i would give us the garlic salt was particularly strong and concentrated in a couple of bits instead of the usual spread out.

Gotta say...steak and shake has got it goin on lol. The fries are amazing and I tried the chili which is also amazing and it's very reasonably priced bacon's a little on the expensive side I don't know why but it's like two bucks to add a piece bacon so not a big deal really but two bucks is a lot for piece bacon...jus sayin. But they have a good variety and little combo deals and I'm super excited to try the chili cheese fries next time

The fries are hit and miss, but the burgers and shake are always great. Miss when it wasn't just a kiosk, though.
First visit in years, but the lunch was excellent, we had a butter burger and a patty melt, both were tasty and filling. The tallow fries can be addictive, skip their ranch though, it’s kinda underwhelming. All in all a good experience and likely a new weekend treat.

My daughter and I came through the drive-through on July 11 around 11 o’clock and got absolutely wonderful service and delicious food. The employee working the drive-through window was exceptional. Best service I’ve had at any restaurant in quite a while. She was very Pleasant, polite, courteous, and efficient. She took our order, collected the money at the window, and also brought us our food herself. Thank you!
