Gotta say...steak and shake has got it goin on lol. The fries are amazing and I tried the chili which is also amazing and it's very reasonably priced bacon's a little on the expensive side I don't know why but it's like two bucks to add a piece bacon so not a big deal really but two bucks is a lot for piece bacon...jus sayin. But they have a good variety and little combo deals and I'm super excited to try the chili cheese fries next time

First visit in years, but the lunch was excellent, we had a butter burger and a patty melt, both were tasty and filling. The tallow fries can be addictive, skip their ranch though, it’s kinda underwhelming. All in all a good experience and likely a new weekend treat.

My daughter and I came through the drive-through on July 11 around 11 o’clock and got absolutely wonderful service and delicious food. The employee working the drive-through window was exceptional. Best service I’ve had at any restaurant in quite a while. She was very Pleasant, polite, courteous, and efficient. She took our order, collected the money at the window, and also brought us our food herself. Thank you!

Friendly statf, quick wait times, and high quality food forna good price every time i have gone. Theres a shorter white male shift manager thats usually there in the afternoons who always seems to have the place together.

Genuinely one of the best burgers I've had in a while. Everything tasted fresh and high quality, fries were great. Kiosk takes a second to get used to but the speed of service is exceptional. Very impressed.

I understand the 'post-covid' set up, I just don't like it. Frisco melt is still delicious. But actual interaction with wait staff and going back the way it used to be would be a better sit down experience.

Not sure why these places went from “Too Hip to Be Square” to nearly always empty? The food that they offer is still of good quality. When they were busy their prices were sort of on the expensive side. Now the prices are in line with BK, Wendy’s and McDonalds. They are actually priced a tad better than those places. For the price you get a hot, fresh and totally prepared to order burger. They only put what you ask on their burgers. Maybe that’s the problem? The shakes here are still incredible.
One addition that I would love to see… STEAK FRIES!! The shoestring fries don’t travel well. They are inedible on carry out orders by the time the trip home is completed.
