I accidentally ordered to the wrong location and the manager was kind enough to help me out with making sure everything was good with corporate, and getting things good for us here. Exceptional customer service!

The food I've had here is always good - I mean, it's Taco Bell, so you know what you're getting. It's not haute cuisine, but it hits like Taco Bell should. They've had some staffing problems I think, but the staff I've interacted with have always been polite and efficient, even when they're slammed or short-staffed or dealing with difficult, entitled, or downright crazy customers.

We ordered 110 meals for the homeless shelter in Akron. I spoke to 3 different managers but everyone knew to expect us and they were prepared well before our pick up time. They helped us load everything into our cars AND 110 drinks! Thank you to all the managers and team at Taco Bell for helping out with this donation!!
