Ordered around 5am 10/27/2025. They gave the dasher the wrong food. It was disgusting. When I tried to reorder, they shut down the service entirely and refused to answer the phone. Whoever did this didn't want to serve me. I did not get my refund from door dash, so they also stole from me. You took my money and then blew me off. That is a crime. I am coming in later today to speak to the manager, and if I do not receive a refund and explanation for why I was ROBBED, I will be getting the local police involved. Theft is not OK, and your people will and should have to answer for it. Just because I ordered late/early doesn't mean you get to take my money and not provide the service I paid for.

I ordered from the Burger Den on Home Ave in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. I ordered them before and was pleased with what i received at Dennys. I ordered from Doordash tonight and became sick from the quality of food i received. Im not exaggerating when i say grease was the only thing i could taste It was cold.. The bread easily ripped from so much grease.I couldn't taste the burbon sauce or onion or tomato or cheese. However there was 6 pickles on it and you couldn't even taste them. I'm not trying to get anything free. I have trouble understanding why and how someone could serve something like that. it was 26.00 total and i couldn't eat it. I dont splurge on eating out much because of money being tight. I will not ever order from that store or have a burger again from Burger Den. I will rate delivery 4 stars. He was prompt. The rest i wont evn give 1 star.

Absolutely terrible quality. And terrible service. Not worth the price for burgers or attention to detail. I recommend it for great chicken sandwiches but if you are a burger person I highly suggest even thinking of this place.

I ordered the bourbon Burger. I upgraded to onion rings. Well, the burger looked like it was steamed cook. No sear at all. My green pepper and onion were mush. No bacon or mushrooms; They forgot to put them on. There was so much oil my whole hand down my arm was covered with it. I only got 4 onion rings also soaked in grease. I have not been here in years because of bad food. I won't be going back.

Don’t waste your time buying a burger from here. It’s literally Dennys food that you pay extra for complete waste of money. Go to Burger Fi Or Swensons instead. Burger Fi uses Wagyu Beef for its Pattie’s supremely good!!
