The icee machine was broken AGAIN. It's very rare to be able to get a milkshake or icee at this location. I have strong suspicions that they dont want to get customers the frozen drinks bc they will need to clean the machine, which is a pain to do. I get it. You're not paid well, people are awful, and the last thing u want to do is clean those darn machines, but it's your job, so please do it. As much as it sucks, it's part of what bk is paying you to...

The staff was amazing. Joe ( assuming he was the manager) was wonderful & patient with his staff. The girl on the register seemed to be new. He stopped what he was doing to help her. And then while we were eating, there was a girl trying to fill out paperwork and he went over to help her. Just seemed very patient and helpful. To the point that my two teenagers noticed it.

The bun was hard I ask them to nuke it but they refused and the chicken ? nuggets were cold but they told me they had just came out and would not get us fresh ones but my JR was ok
