I’ve tried to eat at this restaurant 2 times now and each time it’s filthy. I couldn’t tell which rice was what because they were mixed so bad. The Barbacoa had Pico de gallo all though out it. I asked for fresh they said it was to close to close. I showed up at 9. The white queso had a whole pepper in it. It’s like this every time I go. The other chipotle in Ravenna and canton are way better in regards to cross contamination and the over all cleanliness of the restaurant....

The food was actually pretty great and they gave perfect portions. There wasn't alot of people working but the girl that helped me was very nice. I got steak bowl and carnitias bowl and chips and salsa all was made to perfection. The trashes was overflowing but I really didnt care cause I wasn't eating there plus they was short staffed. But the perfect food and portions and friendliness is definitely what its about. I had a good quick pick up experience.

I had A Terrible experience last week on Thursday, between the hours of 4 and 5 PM. I requested extra salsa and she gave a partial
spoonfull and when she put it on my bowl And did not give me anymore She just stared at me. the gal today Gave me an extra spoonful of salsa And then once she placed my cheese asked me if it was enough she was very pleasant... I was very happy with my bowl today. Thank you ladies today! I have been there 4 weeks in a row and Would like to...
