Had a new person at counter took a little longer to order. The massillon guys were very distracted and had difficulty getting the order. Chicken strips were overcooked. Prices were high for 2 kids and 1 adult was $46.00.

I can not thank Liz from alliance dairy Queen enough she went above and beyond to help me today place an order for a cake over the phone when the website was not working correctly…She even went as far to allow me to send my photo directly to her to get a birthday cake made in time… I tried 5 different times to send an email as I’m traveling out of state and had to call back twice…each time she was so professional and patient with me…thank you aging so much for making...

Ordered 2 banana splits hardly any toppings like chocolate syrup, pineapple and no strawberry at all For the price it should have been made a little better. Bananas were overly ripe. It was like eating plain vanilla ice cream with whipped topping. Very disappointed in service and food
