Our catering order for our baby shower was fantastic! Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Everyone raved about how good all of the food was and when my husband and uncle went and picked up the food the manager triple checked everything before sending it off! Would highly recommend using them for your next catering event!

Had a delivery in all the next morning so decided to check out old Carolina BBQ ... That was some of the best BBQ ever, brisket perfect, pulled pork was great and the Nashville hot tenders were amazing...definitely coming back soon!!!!

I recently visited Old Carolina BBQ in Alliance with my family, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the food was satisfactory, the overall atmosphere was made uncomfortable due to the behavior of the on duty manager.

During our visit, I noticed several employees working hard to serve customers and maintain operations efficiently. However, the manager appeared to be sitting idly by, offering no visible support or teamwork. Watching the staff work diligently while the manager remained disengaged created an unpleasant and unprofessional impression.

As a customer/ food service worker, it’s disheartening to see a lack of leadership in an establishment that depends so heavily on teamwork and customer service. My family and I value a welcoming environment where employees are supported and morale is high, and that was not the case during our visit.

I hope management or ownership takes this feedback seriously and ensures that leadership at this location reflects the same dedication and work ethic shown by the team members who are putting in the effort to make the restaurant run smoothly.
