Have eaten here at the Alliance ohio location more times than I can remember. And can honestly can't remember ever having a bad meal, and I eat steak nearly every time. Absolutely love there green beans and the rolls also. I only ever have had take out once during the covid shutdown, and it was pretty much a train wreck with the wait and things missing once we got into it at home. Visited Texas Roadhouse in Alliance, Ohio on August 12, 2025, at 6:30 pm, and had an absolutely amazing experience.
Our waitress, Skylar, was outstanding — very friendly, fast, and attentive. She made sure our food arrived promptly, always had a smile, and made the experience feel easy and enjoyable.

We always sit at the bar and get terrific service. I wanted to leave a review and say how absolywonderful the bar-back Luke was. I’ve been in service industry 20 years and have never seen someone work so hard and be so pleasant. I hope to see him as a server/bartender soon, because he definitely is an asset!
