My wife and I ordered at the drive through this past Friday evening. It literally took 45 minutes to receive our order after ordering! (this is not an exaggeration....many people behind us just left the line and drove off). When we did receive our food it was cold and the fries tasted of old oil. No napkins or ketchup included. About the worst fast food experience we've ever encountered.
