This is absolutely the worst Burger King I have been to in my life and I worked at 1 as a teenager. I waited in line at the window for over 25 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers ,2 8 piece nuggets and four fries. They took my card for payment and stood looking at the order monitor for 10 more minutes while at least 8 cars were backed up behind me. I work for DoorDash and this place is an absolute nightmare consistently! It doesn’t matter how busy it is, there can be 1 person at the drive through and it’ll take a completely ridiculous amount of time for them to even ask for your order. I shouldn’t have to wait in a nonexistent line for 15 minutes or more just to say I have an order to pick up! Ordered chicken nuggets for my crying toddler, wasn’t in the bag when we got home. No cheese on my sandwich I ordered and paid for. Dining room never open. I stop here once every several months hopeful & it never changes. Absolute worst Burger King in Cincy and I have been to way rougher parts of town. Didn’t even get a receipt so I can get a refund.
