Anyone is allowed to walk in and steal a $50 dinner order from the pickup shelf unchecked. Was told by manager it happens multiple times on a daily basis. Had to wait 10 minutes for them to remake my order that should have been ready and waiting on me. Defeats the purpose of pickup to avoid the wait. How on earth can you afford to stay in business with food flying out the door for free? I guess the cost gets passed on to the customers.
Some of the worst Chipotle I have had. I'm saying that to be mean or rude because the people were above excellent. I just did not enjoy the food. Maybe it was a bad day or something so I will give it another try.
Love chipotle and these guys at this location do their job pretty damn well lol
