We took our ball team for ice cream after a game. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! Beautiful store and very clean! My daughter left her backpack and basketball in the store. We live 1 1/2 hours from the Amelia, Ohio store so the owner took time out of his day and shipped the bag to us!! We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area! Thank you!!
Make sure you ask for a receipt else tou will be ripped off! They don't offer the receipt. Beware of ordering chocolate dilly bars. They add a $2.99 chocolately chocolate code to them and expect you not to ask what that is. Americans buy here too people. Treat us fairly! Will never go again!

The Dairy Queen restaurant offers excellent food and ice cream at fair prices. The whole establishment is known for its cleanliness, and the staff is friendly, efficient, and always provides wonderful customer service. The employees are always super nice and super kind. The food is always delicious and the ice cream is always a delight. However, some customers have experienced issues with order accuracy and the availability of certain items like the vanilla M&M blizzard for mobile orders. Overall, the Dairy Queen provides a pleasant dining experience.
